Desiring to be free from his creation, he founded in 2005 "La Maison d'Eric" and started┬áthe catering business. In love with aromas and flavors, he relies on the culinary tradition to find lost tastes but he also likes to search… and find new alliances, revisit the old recipes of his grandfather, chef on ships…
What characterizes it is the respect for what has been and this curiosity sharpened, this open look at the new possibilities of cooking to meet the needs of a professional clientele.
It is also distinguished by the choice of its products. Very concerned about the quality of the raw material, he likes to make his own market according to the seasons.
The goal of Maison d'Eric Catering is above all to maintain a rigor of "home-made, the same day" whether for 10 or 500 people, which implies staying in a human-sized structure and having a strong and united team.
